The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with Digital Ambassadors/ Customer Service Officers for Banking Branch
- Focus: Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank)
- Office Location: Islandwide
- $15/ hr , 9.40 am – 6.30 pm or 8.10 am – 5 pm
The Talent
- There will be more standing required selected candidates will be placed at Branch Entrances
- ITE/O levels candidates will be considered
- 3 days of training will be provided
- There will be a need to be familiar with ATMs, Coin Deposits, iBanking, and PayLah!
The Job
- Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and referring customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank) where suitable, for enhanced customer experience and journey.
- Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with the latest banking products, processes, and services so as to be able to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting.
- Assist in customers’ general inquiries and ensure the bank’s service delivery standards at all times, including attending service huddles with the branch team.
