• Should have passed the G.C.E. (OIL) examination with 06 subjects including 03 Credit passes
• Should have completed successfully a Certificate Course in Book Binding at Sri Lanka Institute of Printing or any other government recognized Institute
• Minimum 03 years experience as a Book Binder at a recognized printing firm
• Knowledge in operating the following machines will be considered as an added advantage
  • Folding Machine
  • Guillotine Cutter
  • Perfect Binding Machine
  • Saddle Stitching
• Gathering printed forms to make finished books according to the specifications
• Preparing hard binding-registers, ledgers and all sorts of books as specified
• Supply correct quantities of finished items in given time frame
