Qualifications :

• Passionate about Sri Lanka; you’re committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
• Completed GCE Ordinary Level (OLs) and Advanced Level (A/LS). (School leavers are encouraged to apply).
• Should be able to work on a shift/roster basis with 2 days off per week (which includes weekends).
• Good IT literacy skills (MS Office package & Microsoft 365 applications)
• Genuine passion for consumer assistance and satisfaction
• Good written and verbal communication skills in at least two languages (English, Sinhala, Tamil).
• Able to work in person from the Consumer Care Call Center in Rathmalana
• Demonstrate positive behavioral skills of Cargills Values: Customer Centric, Accountable, Respect, Green, Innovative, Love, Lead & Serve the Nation.
