The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Supervise routine accounting functions and be familiar with using the Quick Book Accounting Package
• Fund accounting, project accounting, and multi-currency accounting
• Manage administrative grants from International Donor agencies, including perusing contracts and payouts in foreign currencies to overseas consultants
• Preparation of financial reports for sponsors
• Lead in carrying out two annual statutory audits
• Tax planning and filing of statutory returns on time
• Preparation of project budgets in consultation with research staff
• Supervision of the financial office
• Familiarity with non-profit accounting processes
