Qualification & Requirements

•  Must have a diploma in Library & Information Science offered by SLLA, NILIS, or the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka
• Having a minimum of 3 years of library work experience, preferably in the higher education sector
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of cataloging standards and tools (e.g. AACR2)
• Possess IT skills in the library context and Excel/PowerPoint/ Photoshop skills.
• Problem-solving skills, clear and logical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and a good eye for details.
