What is FuelPass GOV LK – National Fuel Pass?

FuelPass System is Fuel Management System Currently Implemented by Sri Lankan Petroleum Resource Board to Supply Fuel Island Wide.

the Ministry of Power & Energy has introduced the National Fuel Pass System which allows the general public to purchase a guaranteed quota of Fuel (Petrol and Diesel) per week for their personal vehicles.

The public can obtain fuel twice a week according to the last digit of the vehicle number plate, using the QR code assigned to them.

Terms & Conditions :

Enter the Chassis number precisely as per the Certificate of Registration of Motor Vehicles (Case Sensitive)
Vehicle registrations with Sri – to only enter the vehicle number in columns Ex: 3 Sri → 1234 3 1234
Vehicle category to be selected as per Certificate of Registration of Motor Vehicle. Applicable categories

At registration, NIC/Name/Address does not require to match Certificate of registration ownership details
Company and Gov vehicles/bikes can be registered under the BRN category. If required to register multiple vehicles follow the below instructions.
- Under Nic, number create a Unique code for your Institute (Numeric or Alphabetical) and this should be consistent for every vehicle profile.
- Any Commercial/Government ministry or institution/NGO/ Clubs etc to register under the BRN category.
- Select BRN and follow the registration process.
- Each vehicle registered requires a unique mobile number to be assigned.
- Fuel Liter allocation will be based on vehicle category. Allocation will be announced by the Ministry of Power & Energy
