About the role
We are looking for a driven graphic designer to join our team and help us attract players who will enjoy the visual interaction with our games.
The Graphic Designer is involved in the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
- Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
Key Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline (nice to have)
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
3 – 5 years experience (academic and/or professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. - Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have the ability to deal with uncertainty and handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts
Major plus:
- Games design experience
- Online casino/gambling industry experience
- 3D skills and experience are a major plus
