- Part qualification in Degree or Diploma in HR from a recognized institute.
- Minimum Of two (02) years experience
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala languages
- Be a computer literate with sound knowledge of MS office package
- Excellent PR and interpersonal skills
- Age should be below 25 years
Trainee HR Requirements;
- Qualification in FCHRM/CCHRM from a recognized institute
- Good communication skills in both English & Sinhala languages
- Be a computer literate with sound knowledge of MS office package
- Good PR and interpersonal skills
- Age should be below 22 years
