• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or similar qualification from a recognized by the university grant commission
• Minimum 07 years’ experience in relevant field
• Manage payroll and performance evaluation systems
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure the organization is running with complying to existing labor rules and regulations.
• Manage internal communication projects, measure the effectiveness of welfare projects, and recommend improvements.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
  members, empowering them to grow within the company
