• possess approximately 8-10 years of overall experience in the banking industry
• possess a full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
• possess at least 6 years experience in project financing / leasing

• be able to make quick, timely and effective decisions
• be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external parties whilst maintaining good interpersonal skills
