Qualifications and competencies required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Route to Market and Sales
- Willing to work in any part of the country
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala are mandatory.
- Tamil language proficiency would be an added advantage
- Competent in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Quick learner/ team player
- Experience in distributor management/route/area demarcations and handling projects
- Having sales-related professional qualifications will be an added advantage
- Professional and academic Qualifications preferably from CIM/SLIM will be an added advantage.
- Dynamic fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
