Qualification :

• MBBS Degree obtained from a UGC accepted University with the
  registration of Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) And
• Minimum of 03 Years unblemished post-internship service as a Medical
  Officer at a Government Hospital in Sri Lanka.
• Age should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. The upper age limit will not be applicable to those who are in Public Service, State Corporations or Statutory Boards as a Medical Officen
• Should be a citizen of Sri Lankas
• Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the Island.
• Should be of excellent moral character.
