National Colleges of Education Admission 2024 – Ministry of Education

Admission of two (02) groups of student teachers to National Colleges of Education simultaneously to follow a three-year pre-service National Diploma in Teaching based on G.C.E. (A/ L) results in 2021 or 2022 – 2023 (2024)

Applications are invited from the applicants who have acquired the requisite academic qualifications and eligibility to follow a three-year pre-service National Diploma in Teaching Course in a National College of Education.

1. This is relevant only for the students who have passed the G.C.E. (A/ L) Examination in the years 2021 or 2022.
2. Accordingly, the applicants who have appeared for and passed the G. C. E. (A/L) Examination in year 2021 or 2022 are eligible to apply.
3. All the applicants should forward the application online in accordance with the instructions mentioned in Chapter10.0 – ‘Instructions for Applying’ of the Gazette notification.
4. The applicants who are qualified to apply based on their resultsin 2021 and in 2022 should submit two separate online applications.
5. Applications should be forwarded on or before 05/04/2024.
6. It is the responsibility of the applicant to read and understand every detail provided in the Gazette notification, and complete the application accordingly. Requests regarding incorrect applications shall not be considered later
