National Program for Empowering Electricians and Other Utility Industry Technicians

Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka is inviting for the National Program for Empowering Electricians and Other Utility Industry Technicians.

Under the first phase of this program, an expedited initiative is currently underway to provide National Vocational Qualification Level 3 (NVQ3) certification free of charge to experienced electricians.

All electricians with more than 1 year and 6 months of professional experience are eligible to apply.

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka, in collaboration with other partners, will cover examination fees, training expenses, and the cost of examination materials for the final assessment. You have the flexibility to choose a convenient district for both training and assignments.
