QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years experience in implementing projects/programs in the domain of development and protection, child rights or community empowerment.
• At least 03 years experience in ECD, RPP, livelihood, and/or entrepreneurship development.
• Good knowledge of community mobilization including participatory assessments, reviews, community training, etc.
• Working knowledge in general office software applications (Eg. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrated experience with the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of early childhood development programs.
• Fluent in the local language
• Good oral/written communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to spend 70% of the time in the program locations and communities.
• Must have a motor bicycle riding license.
