• A minimum of 06 months to I year of work experience in similar capacity, in a commercial bank/financial institution, is preferred.
• Should possess an academic record which includes the completion of GCE OL and AL examinations.
• Should possess a client-oriented and professional attitude with pleasant and well-groomed self-conduct.
• Age below 30 years.
• Excellent communication skills of speaking and writing skills in Sinhala and English is a must – Tamil would be a definite advantage.
• Exceptional public relations Skills and a high level Of computer literacy.
• Ability to carry out given tasks independently with minimum supervision and perform under pressure.
