• Degree in IT or equivalent and Microsoft certifications
• Minimum 3 vears’ exoerience in a suoervisorv caoacitv
• Extensive hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, Antivirus, Firewalls etc.
• Sound Knowledge in IT systems hardware, OS, Printers etc
• Hands on experience with SAN/NAS/and Server hardware configuring and coordination with the vendors for resolutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team of individuals.
• Should be able to communicate fluently in English/sinhala Languages
