  • Minimum 2 years’ Call Centre Managerial experience in BPO

Salary — Above LKR 130,000/-


Quality Analyst – Call Centre

Qualifications / Skills / Experience Passing

  • G.C.E. O/L & G.C.E. A/L
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Fluent in English (Tamil & Hindi optional)
  • Minimum 2 Years’ working experience in a Call Centre as a Quality Controller/ Quality Analyst in BPO

Salary — Above LKR 100,000/-


Human Resources Manager

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • Passing G.C.E. O/L & G.C.E. A/L
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills & Fluent in English (Tamil & Hindi Optional)
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in BPO HR recruitment

Salary — Above LKR 130,000/-


Call Centre Officers

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • Passing G.C.E. O/L & G.C.E. A/L
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication skills & fluent in English (Tamil & Hindi Optional)
  • Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems will be an added advantage
  • Age should be between 21 — 35 years

Salary — Above LKR 75,000/-


Team Leaders

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • Passing G.C.E. O/L & G.C.E. A/L
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Fluent in English (Tamil & Hindi optional)
  • Certified Call Centre Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Proficient in software programmes/ call centre equipment
  • Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Call Centre Manager or similar position in BPO

Salary — Above LKR 100,000/-
