Qualifications :

• Minimum of 05 years’ experience in branch banking operations.
• A full professional qualification in Banking (IBSL) or holder of a degree would be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge Of demography in the respective area and possession Of good rapport with various business communities, government & private institutions, and social organization
• Proven track record in selling & sales management in a multiproduct environment.
• Strong business planning & analytical skills.
• Proficient in both English and Tamil languages, with strong negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal, leadership and time management skills.
• IT literacy.
