A full–time course where academic sessions are held only at the National Institute of Education. Designed for senior English Teachers, English Teacher Educators, and Education Officers of English to familiarize them with the latest developments in English Language teaching and Teacher Education. Those selected for the course are entitled to study leave for the duration of the course, subject to Government regulations.

Qualifications required to apply:

Should be an English Trained Teacher/ English medium Graduate/ Graduate with English as a subject / Graduate who has passed in English at the GCE Advanced Level Examination.
Should have a minimum of five years of English Language teaching experience after training or graduation
Should have a minimum of five years of English Language teaching experience after training or graduation
Should be below 50 years of age on 31/11/2022
Should not be a student registered for a course offered by the National Institute of Education from 31/11/2019 to date
The selected participants will have to pay a course fee of Rs.30,000/= plus Rs. 4000/- as an examination fee and a refundable library deposit of Rs.3000/- (fees are subject to change without prior notice)
