possess a degree or a full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
possess 10 – 12 years of credit related experience in the banking/finance field preferably with exposure to commercial banking.
have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
be able to develop new relationships through the acquisition of new-to-bank clients
strong interpersonal and communication skills
possess necessary marketing skills to cross sell liability/ PFS/ cash management products thus increasing the Bank’s wallet share
willing to meet work demands for urgent customer transactions/proposals
